Sky HD TV line-up is stronger than ever

Bundle provider Sky is adding to its list of high-definition TV channels all the time.
A raft of new channels has been announced to bolster Sky's already strong high-definition (HD) TV line-up in recent weeks.Following the news last month that the broadcaster would screen HD variants of ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4, kids' favourite Nickelodeon has also been confirmed as launching on Sky.
The move takes effect from early next month and provides yet another reason for you to sign up for HD TV with Sky, beyond its existing sports and entertainment offerings.
If your TV is HD-ready and you're interested in watching some of the great programming Sky has to offer in crystal-clear quality, there's never been a better time for you to sign up for this service.
What's more, it's not as expensive as you might think. Sky's HD packages start from just £29 per month, which gives you access to Sky1 HD, Channel 4 HD and BBC HD and allows you to choose from six TV packs.
However, if you'd rather get access to a few more channels of great family entertainment, it's well worth considering Sky+HD with Sky Movies, which costs £46 per month.
Giving you the freedom to watch everything from blockbuster smashes to lesser-known indie flicks in your own time, Sky Movies is the perfect way to take full advantage of your HD subscription.
As if these options weren't enough reason to sign up for HD TV, both deals give you the opportunity to take out free broadband with up to 20Mb/s download speeds and inclusive evening and weekend home phone calls.
