How to Compare & Buy Virgin Media Triple Deals

If you've ever found yourself frustrated in your hunt to find good TV, broadband and phone deals that suit your lifestyle then help is at hand. Virgin offers what it's dubbed a 'Triple Deal' that enables you to incorporate your phone line, broadband internet and cable TV into one handy pay-per-month package. Not only does this save the billing nightmare of having three separate direct debits raiding your bank account each month, it also offers very real savings.

We're not all the same. As such we don't all want the same things from our media bundles and Virgin Media has done well to recognise this. Although all of the standard Triple Deals on offer present you with TV, broadband and a phone line the different packages still offer different things. Virgin tends to offer incentives to their new customers; this can include anything from free installation to a fixed amount off your first bill

Occasionally you'll find that prices may be cheaper for the first few months, in which case make sure you check what the full fare is (normally included in microscopic small print somewhere on the page) to be sure you aren't stung after the introductory offer reaches completion.

Unlike several other media companies on the market today, Virgin Media tend to tie you in for a 12-month contract. This saves you being roped into the longer 18-month period in which your circumstances, or even your tastes, could change. Bearing this in mind you might find that the prices for the Virgin deals are a little more expensive than some of the rivals but you will be paying for quality and convenience.

Be careful not to be fooled into thinking that Virgin Triple deals are incredibly cheap because they won't display on the initial page (or only in that familiar small print) that you'll also be paying an extra £11 a month for your phone line. Not the end of the world as you'd be paying that to BT one way or the other, but it is a consideration when you're creating your monthly budget.

If you're a TV lover you can be sure that Virgin will offer a deal to include stacks of channels while reducing the connectivity of your broadband connection to lower the cost. Alternatively, if you're just looking for something that's functional and includes something of everything, there will always be a Best Value package with your name on it.

If you're feeling indulgent then you could also go for the top of the range bundle with high-speed broadband and even more TV channels to surf! No matter what you're after there's pretty much a guarantee that there'll be something to suit.

But what if there's not?! Not a problem; if none of the standard deals on offer peak your interest Virgin Media also provide the ability for you to custom build your own bundle.

Virgin Media's Triple Deals are an effective way to keep your bills together so you always know where your money's going, and can also be a way to reduce your monthly outgoings. So, if you're looking for a new provider, why not have a look to see if they can offer you the package you really want.
