When you're getting ready to move home you can logon to the BT.com/homemover site to get the ball rolling. Start by entering your current phone number and account number plus your new postcode and the estimated date of your move.
BT will then be able to tell you if you’ll be able to keep your existing number and also tell you what upgrade options you’ll have. Finally you can book your home move with BT to make sure that your services are transferred on the right day.
