Be seals IT support dealWednesday, September 2nd 2009 A broadband provider has agreed a deal which will see it offer on-site IT support to its domestic and business customers. Be Broadband has announced it is joining forces with Geeks-on-Wheels to offer its subscribers on-site IT support.
Under the terms of the deal, Be customers will get a 15 per cent reduction in the cost of support from the specialist company, which can be used for data recovery, virus or configuration issues.
In addition, Be is celebrating the launch of the service by giving Geeks-on-Wheels' new customers the chance to sign up to its broadband services with two months' free web access and no connection fee on all 12-month contracts.
Oli White, head of marketing at Be Broadband, said: "We're delighted to team up with Geeks-on-Wheels to give our members the best value when they need professional IT support at home.
"This partnership allows us to continue to provide the excellent service that Be members expect."
Be was recently nominated for two prizes in the shortlist for the Top 10 Broadband Awards.
