The home broadband provider's new online portal is designed to offer an easier-to-use interface than the previous incarnation, while features such as improved competitions and weekly soap video spoilers have been added.
A new logo and branding has also been unveiled as part of the changes.
Steve Smart, managing director at Supanet, said the company is "undergoing a massive transformation".
"Our customers and readers have shown their loyalty standing by us - this is our way of giving something back," he added.
Earlier this year, Supanet announced the appointment of Kevin Chesterton as its new head of operations.
