Entire James Bond film franchise to be aired by Sky Movies
Every James Bond film will be available on Sky Movies Showcase from this October.

Sky has announced a deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios to add the whole James Bond film franchise to its Sky Movies linear and on-demand service.

The 22 official bond films from EON Productions - from Dr No to Quantum of Solace - will be available on Sky Movies Showcase from October, along with the non-EON titles 1967 Casino Royale and Never Say Never Again.

As part of the deal, the latest instalment in the franchise - Skyfall - will arrive in the Sky Store and on Sky Movies Box Office in spring 2013, after its UK cinema release on October 26th 2012.

It will be the first time that every Bond movie has been available uninterrupted and in high-definition and will coincide with the franchise's 50th anniversary.

With the first movie in the series released in 1962, James Bond is the longest continually-running film franchise in history.

Ian Lewis, director of Sky Movies, said: "We are simply delighted to have secured the Bond films for our customers.

"Everything about these films is iconic - whether it's the cars, the gadgets or the catchphrases."
