TalkTalk brings broadband investment to Lindfield

A new investment in broadband services has been announced by home phone, broadband and mobile network provider TalkTalk for residents in Lindfield, West Sussex.
The company is investing £50,000 into the delivery of the latest broadband technologies and services in the village and at the same time has committed to sponsor the King Edward Hall to provide ongoing support to the local community, the Mid Sussex Times reports.
Tristia Clarke, commercial director at TalkTalk, told the publication: "The hall is a hub for community activities and a real asset to the area. We wish the centre every success with their endeavours over the coming months."
As part of the sponsorship plans for the area, the broadband provider has also stated it aims to increase coverage of its Next Generation Network to ensure residents able to benefit from fast and reliable internet services.
During the first three months of the year, TalkTalk reported a ten per cent increase in its fully unbundled broadband customer numbers.
Furthermore, the company revealed strong take-up of its Plus package, which attracted 66,000 new subscribers.
