Time running out on BT's 3 months free broadband deals

Wednesday, June 30th 2010 by Editorial
BT is set to bring its offer of three months of free service on two of its broadband and home phone bundles to an end.
Consumers looking to switch broadband provider have until the end of today (June 30th) to sign up for three months free on two of BT's internet and home phone bundles.

BT is currently offering the incentive on its Broadband and Anytime Calls deal, as well as its Unlimited Broadband and Calls package.

The Broadband and Anytime Calls bundle offers connection speeds of up to 20Mbps, a 10GB monthly usage allowance and unlimited calls at any time of the day. The price of the package reverts to £15.99 a month thereafter.

In contrast, the Unlimited Broadband and Calls deal offers the same connection with no monthly usage limit, as well as the same calls package with a wireless Home Hub and phone.

Customers are charged £27.99 a month after the initial three-month period.

Virgin Media recently revealed that it is now offering two months of free service on all of its fibre optic cable broadband, digital TV and home phone bundles.
