Virgin Media to showcase broadband and new titles at Eurogamer Expo

Virgin Media will use the Eurogamer Expo 2012 to showcase the power and performance of its super-fast broadband service while giving attendees the chance to play three new games.
Set to run from September 27th to 30th at Earls Court in London, the event will offer gamers the chance to try out new titles FIFA 13 and GRID 2 using fibre optic broadband with speeds of up to 100Mbps.
The cable company will also exclusively show off the new PC game Mists of Pandaria to demonstrate the key benefits of a next-generation broadband connection to fans of the gaming platform.
Luke Southern, head of sponsorship at Virgin Media, said: "We're really excited about the line-up on our stand and all three new titles provide a fantastic opportunity for gamers to experience the best technology available courtesy of Virgin Media's super-fast broadband."
Programmers from Surface Tension Studios, who won Virgin Media's 100 Day Game project, will put the finishing touches to their new mobile game Superfluid live at the event.
Billed as the number one videogames show in the UK, the Eurogamer Expo is expected to attract around 50,000 fans across the four days.
