Vodafone launches new mobile broadband contractA leading mobile broadband provider has added a new six-month deal to its range of packages. Mobile broadband provider Vodafone has launched a new deal which ties web users into a contract that lasts just six months.
Under the terms of the package, consumers can pay £15 a month for 3GB download allowance, which is believed to be enough for up to 100 hours of web browsing or 200 mp3 tracks.
Subscribers also have to pay a one-off amount of £29 for the mobile broadband dongle, which offers speeds of up to 7.2MB through the provider's network.
They can also buy access to further data through Vodafone, although it is being charged at £15 for an additional gigabyte of usage.
News of the deal has come around a week after Vodafone announced plans to launch its new Access Gateway product.
The system is designed to boost the quality of mobile signals available in homes across the UK and will be available via both monthly contracts and a one-off payment. |
