Virgin Mobile is offering savings of up to £144 on the Samsung Galaxy S9 as part of its summer sale, in a deal Virgin says will be available while stocks last.
The flagship Samsung phone is now available from £27 a month for 1GB of data, 1,000 minutes and unlimited texts over a 36-month contract. Virgin says this represents a £4 a month saving on its previous lowest price for the Galaxy S9.
For an extra £3 a month you can give yourself a bit more breathing room, data-wise, with 5GB for £30 a month – this also increases your call allowance to 2,500 minutes.
At the other end of the scale, you can currently get the S9 with a massive 100GB of data for £41 a month, down from £51, and if you're a Virgin TV and broadband customer you could even go for the 'truly unlimited' package, which lets you use as much data as you want, for £46 a month.
All of these plans are also available on a shorter 24-month contract but will cost you an extra £10.50 a month.
As a perk for choosing Virgin Mobile you get an unlimited data allowance for messaging on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Twitter. You’ve also got the flexibility to change your 4G plan up or down every month.
If you like the look of the S9 but like your phone just that bit bigger then the S9+ sounds tailor-made for you.
Virgin is offering the handset for as little as £30 a month for 1GB of data with 1,000 minutes, or £33 a month for 5GB and 2,500 minutes.
The 100GB plan is £44 a month on a 36-month contract while the truly unlimited plan, which is exclusively available to Virgin TV and broadband customers, is £49 a month.
