How to claim your free rewards, cashback and vouchers

If you've chosen a broadband package that comes with free vouchers or cashback, you no doubt want to know how to go about claiming them as soon as possible. Well, it’s nearly always a matter of filling in a simple online form and then waiting a few weeks for your freebie to arrive.

A lot of people either can’t be bothered to claim or just forget to do it – so make sure you claim yours!

BT cashback – How to Claim

Only eligible if you ordered a BT package via Cable.co.uk between 17th to 27th November 2017

1. Once you've purchased your package, you'll need to wait until your service is up and running before you can claim. This can take up to 10 days.

2. When you place your order with BT you'll receive two confirmation emails. One, entitled “Your BT.com order confirmation” will contain your BT order reference number – a mix of letters and numbers – and likely to start with AJM. Your Vol reference appears on your bill and starts VOL01, followed by 12 numbers. You will need this information to make your claim.

3. You will be asked to fill in your name, email address and home address, along with your order reference number or Vol Reference, and order date, so make sure you have these details to hand. Make sure you pay extra attention when entering 0 and O, as many customers enter these incorrectly, resulting in your claim being voided.

4. BT advises that you should allow up to 30 days from the date you claim (or 45 days from date of purchase) for your cheque to arrive. If you don't receive anything by this time, then it's worth chasing up BT.

5. You have three months from your date of installation to put in your claim. Just click on the button below to go straight to the claim site.

BT Reward Card – How to Claim

1. Choose and buy your broadband package online with BT and wait for it to be installed. When you place your order, you'll be sent confirmation emails containing your order number and new BT ID login details.

2. Once your broadband connection is live, click on the blue button below to go to the BT Claim My Reward page and then click on the pink Claim my Reward button. This will take you to the login page. Once logged in, fill in the details as requested and apply for your Reward Card. Make sure you put in your claim within three months of your service going live.

3. BT says that you should receive your Reward Card within the next 30 days once you have put in your claim. If you don't, give them a call to find out why.

BT M&S voucher – How to Claim

1. You need to order your chosen broadband package online with Cable.co.uk to get this exclusive deal. Once you have paid for it, you will receive emails confirming your purchase and containing both your order reference number and BT ID login details.

2. Wait for your broadband to be installed. You cannot apply for the gift voucher until your service is live.

3. Once you are connected, click on the blue button below which will take you to the M&S claim page. You will be asked to fill in basic details including your name, phone number and email address, along with your Order Reference number. Then simply click on the Claim Now button to submit your claim. You should receive your M&S vouchers within 30 days.

EE Reward Card - How to Claim

EE does not offer rewards as regularly as some of its competitors but it's worth claiming when a free prepaid Masterard is on offer.

Once you have put in your order for EE broadband and two monthly payments have come out of your account, EE will send you an email containing a link that will take you to the claims page. Simply fill out your details and, once approved, your reward card will be sent out to you within 30 days (usually sooner). Once you have received your card, you will need to activate it online within 60 days. The card remains valid for a year from the date of receipt.

Sky offers a range of freebies and vouchers at different times and depending on the product you order. Whatever you are looking to claim for, the process is the same.

Once you have chosen and ordered your new Sky package online, you will receive confirmation of your purchase by email. The email will contain your new sky ID – you need this to be able to log in online and make your claim. Simply click on the blue button below to go to Sky's customer login page and then fill in all the details required.

Remember that you can only claim your free gift once your new Sky service has been activated. Also, claims must be made within 90 days of activation so it is best to do it as soon as your service is live.

Sky states that the tablet will be sent out up to 28 days after you put in your claim, and the TV or laptop will be sent up to 90 days after you claim, so don’t expect an exciting parcel to arrive at your door the second your service is up and running.

Vouchers are usually sent out promptly after activation, but Sky will advise you how long it will take for you to receive your reward once you log your claim online.

Love2Shop Voucher – How to Claim

You do not need to claim your Love2Shop voucher – it will automatically be sent out to your address by courier or post up to 28 days after your broadband service is activated.
