Imposters returns for season two as a Virgin TV exclusive
Imposters fans, we have the news you’ve been waiting for, the highly anticipated season two is finally here and it’s exclusive to Virgin TV.
This season, expect even more cunning plot twists and turns as Maddie (Inbar Lavi) is back and so are the Bumblers. If you’re new to the show, without dropping any spoilers on you, Maddie is the ultimate persona-shifting con-artist.
In the first season the Bumblers were a trio of heart-broken victims, Ezra (Rob Heaps), Richard (Parker Young) and Jules (Marianne Rendón), who had all suffered at the hand of one of Maddie’s cons. As they join forces to track her down and get their own back they end up teaming up with her to pull off the ultimate con.
The scamming adventures continue for season two as Maddie tries to settle down and reclaim her life after escaping with the Bumblers from her former cohort Max (Brian Benben) and FBI Agent Patrick (Stephen Bishop). Things don’t quite go to plan though as Maddie soon learns you can take the woman out of the con but you can’t take the con out of the woman.
As the Bumblers adjust to new lives as con-artists, unforeseen events send them off on a wild unexpected adventure.
When she’s not killing Bill, Uma Thurman is moonlighting as a lethal fixer named Lenny and reprises her role in season two to throw a spanner in the works for Maddie and the Bumblers.
