Samsung Galaxy Note 8 deal from Fonehouse comes with £10 cashback
Is it us or has February zoomed passed us a bit too quickly? It’s already the last Friday of the month and to get your weekend started on a high note we’ve got news about an exclusive cashback deal on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
Mobile phone retailer Fonehouse is now offering a cheap deal on a data-heavy tariff for the handset plus £10 cashback when you sign up through Cable.co.uk.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is closer to a phablet than a phone. With a 6.3-inch screen, 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835, it’s bigger, smarter and faster than the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.
This makes it better suited to Android fans who use their phones for carrying out work tasks. You can split the screen to use two apps simultaneously and make notes or draw pictures with the S Pen.
It has a dual 12MP camera and 64GB of internal storage that can be extended with a MicroSD card. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a pretty hefty RRP of £869.
Free cash and heaps of data? Yes please!
Shopping around is the smart way of finding a good deal. Sometimes this means exploring a provider you may not be as familiar with.
We hope you’re sitting down while you’re reading this because this deal will knock you off your feet.
Fonehouse has the cheapest deal we’ve seen for the Galaxy Note 8. With no upfront cost you’ll pay £49 a month for the phone with a mahoosive 40GB of data, unlimited texts and calls.
No your eyes are not deceiving you, you did read 40GB for £49 a month for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. This deal spans a 24-month contract and if you sign up through Cable.co.uk, you get £10 cashback.
Once you’ve completed the purchase, Fonehouse will automatically send a £10 cheque to you in the post, 90 days after you receive your connection email.
Although the deal is being offered by Fonehouse, the network you’ll receive the tariff from is Vodafone. It’s a Red Extra plan so you’ll still receive all the benefits of being a Vodafone customer such as global roaming and a three-month free trial of Secure Net.
To buy the handset SIM-free from Fonehouse it’s £783.
While parting with nearly £50 a month might not fill your wallet with joy, for the phone you’re getting and the amount of data on offer it’s undeniably a good deal.
Think of it this way, if you buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 directly from Vodafone the 40GB tariff will cost you £69 a month with £99 to pay upfront. The cheapest deal is £57 a month but you’ll need to sit back down again for this one because there is a whopping £299 to pay upfront.
Still with us? Virgin Mobile has a deal that’s a bit easier to stomach. Over a 24-month contract the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is £55.50 a month for 40GB of data and unlimited calls and texts. If you choose to spread the cost of a 36-month contract the monthly cost drops to £42. Both with no upfront cost.
