Get free Bose headphones when you pre-order the Huawei P20, P20 lite of P20 Pro
Huawei is making a bold stamp on the mobile phone world with the release of it’s latest flagship phone range, the P20, P20 lite and P20 Pro.
Pre-orders for the phones start today and if you do it before 5 April, you’ll get a free pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II.
The third biggest mobile manufacturer behind Samsung and Apple has broken the mould by incorporating three Leica lenses into the camera, one of which boasts a whopping 40MP.
No need to eat your carrots so you can see in the dark as the Huawei P20 Pro will do that for you. The triple 12MP, 20MP and 40MP camera combined with light fusion technology enables you to take pictures in near-dark conditions without the use of a flash or tripod.
Triple camera lenses
Under the hood it pretty much shares a lot of the spec from the Huawei Mate 10 Pro but with a bigger, better, stronger camera. You’ll find Android's latest operating system, up to 128GB internal storage, a Kirin 970 processor and 6GB of RAM, making the Huawei P20 range a force to be reckoned with in the mobile arena. The front camera has 24MP for those extra crisp selfies.
To stack it up against its Android competitor the Samsung S9 (released last month), the most noteworthy feature for both models is the powerful camera. While Samsung claimed to ‘reimagine’ the camera and boasted about its super slo-mo video capture, the dual 12MP camera doesn’t quite match Huawei’s triple threat.
The P20 has a 5.8-inch screen and comes in a range of three colours, Twilight, Pink Gold, Midnight Blue and Black. The bigger P20 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen and is available in just the last two colours.
Huawei is boosting the promotion of its new range by offering free Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphone II worth £329.95. This means you’ll get a free pair as a gift when you pre-order from any retailer before 5 April.
The headphones have been engineered with noise-cancellation technology and built-in Google Assistant allowing you to change the settings without having to touch your phone. The wireless headphones will give you up to 20 hours of listening before thy need to be recharged.
To get the headphones, note down the code the retailer gives you at checkout and use it when claiming on Huawei’s website.
Where can you get it
It seems Huawei is getting better at cracking the UK market as, rather than being limited to Vodafone and Three, most mobile providers are planning to stock the phone.
You can start pre-ordering from either EE, Vodafone, Three or re-retailers such as Carphone Warehouse or buymobiles.net. O2 has also confirmed plans to stock the Huawei P20 range and pre-orders will start from tomorrow (29 March).
The cheaper deals are offered by the re-retailers. For the Huawei P20, buymobiles.net is offering a 16GB Vodafone tariff for £39 a month. Otherwise there’s the more data heavy deal which give you 40GB of data for £49 a month with £95 cashback on Vodafone’s network.
