Razer phone with 12GB of data for just £38 on Three
We may be nearing the end of January, but Three is still keeping up the sale spirit with a deal offering 12GB for the price of 4GB on its exclusive Razer smartphone.
The phone is geared towards gamers with UltraMotion technology to provide sharp graphics and Dolby ATMOS sound on its two-front facing speakers as well as an all-important long-lasting battery.
It also comes with an impressive 8GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory, so there is plenty of space for storage of games, apps and photos.
If you are going to be gaming, then you are going to need a lot of data. Three is currently offering a 24-month Advanced plan contract that comes with unlimited texts and minutes with 12GB of data for £38 a month. That is three times the amount you could get for paying the same price on a 4GB deal. You will also get a 12GB personal hotspot so you connect other devices to your phone’s internet when there is no wi-fi available.
If your data needs are higher, you can get the same minutes and texts with 30GB for £42 a month, 100GB for £46 a month or unlimited for £50.00 a month. These three bigger data deals offer a 30GB personal hotspot allowance.
All the deals come with a £49 upfront charge for the handset.
As well as a great phone for gaming, advanced plan users also get to use the phone in 71 destinations around the world and can stream content using Three’s Go Binge add-on at no extra cost.
Stream for free with Three's Go Binge
Go Binge lets users stream and download from Netflix, Three TVPlayer, Apple Music, Deezer and SoundCloud without worrying about running out of data.
You will still need subscriptions to access content but as long as you have some data left in your regular allowance, you can access these apps and websites without your allowance being used.
It is available on all handset and sim-only advanced plans of 4GB and above as well as all pay monthly mobile broadband plans above 5GB.
If these extras don’t appeal to you, there is also an option to get the Razer handset on Three’s 24-month Essential Plan, which only offers unlimited texts and minutes. It costs £79 upfront and £33 a month.
You can also get the Razer phone on pay-as-you-go for £594.99 when you purchase an all-in-one 35 add-on.
For an extra £35, this gives you 3000 minutes, 3,000 texts and all-you-can-eat data to use within 30 days.
If you don’t go for any add-ons, you will need to pay 3p per minute for calls, 2p per text and 1p per MB of data on pay as you go.
You can’t get the Go Binge add-on or personal hotspot on pay-as-you-go, but you can still use the phone abroad at no extra cost in 71 destinations.
