Samsung Galaxy Note8 available to pre-order from UK providers
Samsung has unveiled its most powerful mobile device to date – the Galaxy Note8 – and it’s available to pre-order from a number of UK providers.
The phone features a 6.3-inch ‘infinity’ screen and an enhanced ‘S pen’ that allows you to easily create animated texts and gifs.
It also has two 12 megapixel rear-facing cameras – a wide-angle and a telephoto lens – that allow you to control the depth of field in your pictures.
The phone launches in the UK on 15 September with an RRP of £869 but is available for pre-order now.
It will initially be available in a choice of two colours – midnight black and maple gold – with the potential for two more choices to become available, orchid grey and deepsea blue.
Following the exploding battery fiasco, which saw the Note7 recalled, Samsung has stressed its commitment to battery safety and said the Note8 has undergone a rigorous eight-point check.
Sky Mobile is offering what it says is the UK’s lowest monthly price for the Galaxy Note8 with no upfront cost.
