Sky broadband free for 12 months for this week only

Monday, April 11th 2016 by Cable.co.uk

Sky is offering a year's free unlimited broadband to new customers.

The deal, which runs from now until midnight on Thursday 14 April, is available to new Sky customers who sign up for broadband without Sky TV.

Anyone signing up to unlimited broadband without TV will save £10 per month for the entire 12-month contract.

New subscribers will also receive a £100 M&S voucher.

Customers who already have Sky TV will be able to get unlimited broadband for £5 per month instead of £10 per month. After one year the price will revert to £10 per month.

A line rental fee of £17.40 per month is payable on all Sky broadband packages. New customers will also have to pay a £6.95 router delivery charge.

Ofcom recently named Sky broadband as the best broadband product for customer service satisfaction.

Unlimited broadband from Sky provides speeds of up to 17Mbps and subscribers will also receive a Sky Hub router, Sky Broadband Shield internet protection and free access to Sky Wi-Fi.

Free LG TV

Sky is currently giving away a free LG 32” TV to new TV customers who order online before Thursday 21 April. Customers can choose to receive a £100 reward (either an Amazon giftcard, Tesco giftcard or prepaid Mastercard) or a Samsung Galaxy Tab E instead of the LG TV.

This offer is available with all six Sky TV bundles: The Original, Sky Movies, The Variety, The Family, Sky Sports and The Complete.

Prices range from £20 per month for The Original - which includes the basic 270 channels - to £74.75 per month for The Complete – offering over 350 channels including 50 in HD, 350 box sets, 11 Sky Movies channels and 7 Sky Sports channels.

Existing Sky TV customers may notice a change to their monthly bill later this year. Sky recently announced it will be increasing the cost of its TV bundles by an average of £2 per month from Wednesday 1 June.

Sky TV customers will be notified of any changes to their bills by letter or email before Friday 29 April.
