How do I compare different packages?
TalkTalk offers a choice of TV packages, standard and fibre broadband, and call plans. Once you have decided which TV package you would like to purchase, you can then add broadband and calls. You can use the table above to give you a breakdown of each deal.
TalkTalk’s broadband service is available in most areas, but you can use our availability checker at the top of the page to double check. Note that you can only get TalkTalk TV in conjunction with a TalkTalk broadband and phone deal. It is not available as a standalone service.
Check the detail
Before you rush into any decisions, make sure you read the terms and conditions. These will include important information on any hidden costs, contract length and cancellation fees. It’s essential that you go through the small print before you commit to make sure you are sure of the details.
Why choose TalkTalk?
Fast and unlimited
TalkTalk offers both standard and fibre broadband with speeds averaging 11Mbps, 38Mbps and 67Mbps, all with unlimited usage. While the 11Mbps is ideal for small households, the fibre speeds are more than enough for a household that is consistently online. With 35Mbps you could stream five HD films all at the same time, and with 63Mbps, you could stream up to 10 HD films at once.
TalkTalk’s three-in-one packages are some of the cheapest on the market, ideal for those who want a TV, broadband and phone package without having to break the bank. TalkTalk does offer quite a competitive deal compared to other providers and its packages are actually good value for money.
You can get access to Sky channels with Plus TV
With the TV Plus package, you get access to six Sky channels, including Sky Living, Sky One and Sky Arts. You also have the option to add Sky Sports and Sky Cinema for an additional charge. So you can watch Sky channels without having to splash out on a Sky TV subscription.

What will I need?
A fibre broadband connection
In order to receive TalkTalk’s fibre services, you will need a fibre optic connection at your property. Fibre isn’t quite as widely available as standard and is limited to certain areas. You can use our availability checker at the top of the page to see if it is on offer in your area.
A wireless router
To receive an internet connection, you will need a wireless router. TalkTalk offers a free router with its broadband package, which will provide a strong, fast and reliable signal in your home, allowing you to make the most of your wi-fi coverage.
How do I switch?
Choose the right package
You can choose a TalkTalk TV, broadband and phone package from the table above. By clicking on the package, you’ll get a breakdown of each plan. This will give you information on a number of features, including extra costs and pricing. Once you have made a selection, click on the ‘See Deal’ button, where you’ll be redirected to the provider’s website to finalise your purchase.
Cancellation is often automatic
If you are switching from another provider you won’t have to let them know you’re cancelling, as your new provider will do that for you. The one exception is Virgin Media. If you’re switching to or from Virgin, you have to let both providers know about your desire to cancel. If you don’t, you might end up paying for two services.
