When you need to complain about NOW Broadband's services, you have various options available to you. Your initial port of call should be contacting their customer service department by dialing 0330 332 3050 between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 6pm on Saturdays.
NOW Broadband also provides a Live Chat feature on their website, and you can fill out a web form to register your complaint. NOW Broadband aims to respond to your complaint within 10 days of receiving it.
